All in all, will buy again Gingerbread house and two dozen gingerbread people- used 2 sachets and 700g of icing sugar.

Sale Buy Date
Purchase arrive OK, but on opening today, my wife checked the Sale By Date. and found it to be 01/21 so the purchase was out of its Sale by Date, and she was unable to use it!!!!

Da ich in der Wüste von Marokko Eis und Sorbets herstelle, bin ich auf das Eiweisspulver von Dr Oetker angewiesen. Weil ich mich nicht traue frisches Eiweiss zu verwenden, bin ich auf das Eiweisspulver von Dr Oetker angewiesen. So habe ich die Garantie, dass keine gefährlichen und krankmachenden Keime oder Bakterien meine Eiskreationen verunreinigen. Die Zubereitung von Eischnee mit diesem Produkt ist äusserst einfach. Leider scheint dieses Pulver nicht mehr hergestellt zu werden. Ich hatte das Glück die letzten 7 Päckchen bei Amazon kaufen und mit nach Marokko nehmen zu können. So steht wenigstens für diese Saison mein Sorbet noch auf der Speisekarte.

the picture looks like fair size buyt when i got it in each pkg contains about 1 table spoon of egg and no return allowed and no contact from merchant what a rip off i would send back for refund if i could 15.00 for 4 table spoons of egg... buyer beware
