Beautiful bed worth every penny . Easiest bed I've ever put together ingenious design of put 2 halves together in the middle easy to put together alone. Very sturdy and quiet.

The bed is absolutely beautiful! Just as pictured and sturdy, too. I was able to put it together alone. It took an hour or two. The instructions were very clear. I only had two issues. One piece had a hole that wasn't drilled correctly, but I was able to open it up by screwing the bolt in and back out from the opposite side before continuing with the installation. It took a bit of effort, but it worked so I didn't have to go to the trouble of sending it back or contacting the seller for a replacement. Next, I would recommend installing the bars upside down at the head and foot so that the sticky strips are underneath. Do not use the sticky strips as instructed! Part of it came off and stuck to my fitted sheet when I was changing the bed, and it left a sticky residue that was nearly impossible to get off! To keep this from happening again, I took the bars off and flipped them over and put them back on. Hope this helps!Update: When sitting down on the edge of the bed, the mattress now slides badly without the sticky strips installed facing up. Will be looking for a solution that keeps the mattress in place without ruining the sheets.
