I've used it on Fords, VW vans and an Audi TT and it has identified the faults accurately. The instructions are written in a Chinese dialect but you can easily follow them as the tool itself is straightforward to use. the hardest part is finding the diagnostic socket on the vehicle! It's accurate, but not precise, so it'll tell you that, say, an exhaust sensor is showing a fault but it won't necessarily tell you what is causing the fault or whether the sensor itself is at fault.
