Very nice shampoo for itchy dry scalp. Nice fragrance with no sulfur smell. Good sturdy bottle. Decent priced. Quite effective but don't recommend using daily. Use twice a week and your flakies will be gone. :)

Work well

This shampoo is ok - it should be used along with Selsun Blue or some other similar shampoo containing sulfur, if you have dandruff issues. It doesn't really lather up too well. I also strongly recommend using the Sulfur8 gel to help obliterate dandruff. It works for almost anyone who has recalcitrant dandruff.

I order this for my son who has had a scalp condition for years. His scalp breaks out in bumps, similar to pimples and they are painful. He's tried different shampoos, gone to different doctors, and even had bigger bumps appear. Finally, one doctor put him on antibiotics. He took antibiotics for more than 4 years and bought this shampoo in Dollar General and bumps went away. Dollar General doesn't carry it where he lives so I order it for him on Amazon. As soon as the shampoo runs out, the bumps come badk. He swears by this stuff!

Can't find a solution to dandruff? Well look not further. Salt is the cure. The salt (sulfur 2%) helps loosen dandruff from the scalp as you wash your hair. This will also eliminate greasy hair after the first 3 uses. Apply, scrub, and rinse. Do not allow to sit on your scalp for more than a minute. It can dry out your scalp. You may see mixed results the first 2 weeks, but after that, the dandruff will slowly disappear. Also do not use conditioner every day. Conditioner is a cause of dandruff in short hair.

I bought this for my son, who has battled dandruff since he was small...He has long thick hair, none of the other shampoos work. This stuff is GREAT...in a few washings, all the scaly stuff started just flaking out over 2 days, then just disappeared.Now he only needs to use it once a week, and it leaves his hair shiny. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

The shampoo makes hair very dry. A conditioner is a must with every wash.
