Does the Job Extremely Well
This is a dumb adaptor for mounting vintage M42 lenses to my X-T2. Essentially this is just a distance spacer so there is not that much to say. The build is solid and there is no wiggle at either end so that is fine. One comment I would make is that the camera end flange is a lot tighter to install than Fuji's own lenses. You have to use more force than is normal to mount it on the camera and when it reaches the home point, the click is barely audible. Releasing the adaptor is fine, it does not stick and there is no damage to the camera flange. This is neither good nor bad but on balance it is better to have it tight than loose and it will probably seat in better with more use. This product does the job well so why pay more for a rival make that does the same thing?

If you are looking for an M42 adapter this does everything you need.
Great build quality, all metal design with nice black paint finish matches most vintage lenses. Has removable shelf (used to depress auto aperture pin) so if you have a lens with a protuding mechanism on the rear this can still be used. No issues with focusing both minimum focus distances and infinity focus achievable. Only down side is it can add some extra weight to the front of the camera.

Beware
It's exactly the same as the K&F mount and suffers from the same problem - there is no means of rotating the lens so that the aperture markings are on the top - a very small Allen key is required to do this and it is not supplied.

This adapter works
Fitted to an old 300mm M42 threaded lens...Fits my X-T3 perfectly...Lens focuses to infinity no problem.

Works well for most
Works well with most of my M42 lenses however, my Fujinon 55mm lens doesn’t get close to infinity focus :(

Loose on fuji x t2 body
Well made but manufacturing tolerances not good. There is movement when attached to the camera body. So, i'm sending it back. I'll try another manufacturer and hoprfully 3rd time is a charm.

Great.
Made a mistake by buying couple of mounts on eBay which won't screew onto FujiFilm X-T3 lens mount. This one feels like a native lens does, nice and smooth weeth a sweet click. Buying more.
