Best mascara I have used
I have used this mascara for years, s bit disappointed I could not get from uk.

POOR !
Terrible quality - completely dried out. Tried to return and found I was diverted directly to LOreal (and had to phone them). They have been helpful (but were surprised I had to call them). Would not recommend buying through this suppler. Disappointed that I have to call LOreal directly when a return / refund from Amazon should be simple.

Dried up old mascara. Do not purchase
The mascara came on time, hence 1 star. However in opening the mascara it was all dried up, worse than the one I was replacing. Do not purchase a complete waste of money and time. You can not return and have your money refunded.

Good product poor service
I bought this item as a present for someone else - apparently it is a good product however it took over a month to arrive and the recipient had to pay £11.31 to get it. The card left by the PO says that the sender didn't pay the full postage, and there was a customs charge (which includes an £8 handling fee) .
