Great adapter. No issues as far as I can tell.
Works perfect for my Asrock BC250 "Steam machine" like build. Both audio, video and HDR work good. Refresh rate wasn't what I was expecting it to be but I can't tell if that's a limitation of the BC250 board, Bazzite/Linux drivers or this adapter, or my monitor's HDMI port, since everything else works fine I'm gonna assume this adapter isn't the problem. I really needed a simpler way to connect my setup to the BC250 and this DP to HDMI helped a ton because I didn't want to unplug my DP cable from my PC every time I wanted to mess around with the BC250 so using my spare HDMI port helped greatly.

Made my thingamajig dreams come true!
So I ordered this dohicky so I could connect my thingamajig to my thingamabob. I plugged it into the whats-it-called, attached my thingamajig cable to my other thingamabob, and—poof!—it just worked. No prayers to the tech gods. No ritual sacrifices of old USB cords. No “have you tried turning it off and on again?” Not even a single “Error 404: Will to Live Not Found.” One second my monitor was doing absolutely nothing, and the next it was showing glorious 4K pixels so sharp I could practically count the pores on a CGI dragon. My cat even stopped judging me for yelling at my old adapter. This tiny grey sorcery stick will now forever live between my desk and my heart. I don’t know how it works. I don’t care. It works. And that’s magic enough for me.
