Nordic Ware Formed Bundt, 12 Cup, Golden Hour

I use this Bundt pan to make Mexican flan and chocoflan. The pan bakes wonderfully, and has a nice design. The material feels good quality, and it still looks new despite using it 10+ times. I have had no issues with the cake release when flipping my desserts - as long as I spray the pan properly and wait the appropriate amount of time. Overall it is definitely worth the price!

When I opened the box I was surprised at how light weight this bunt pan was. However, it is a very nice sturdy pan. I bought it for it’s smaller size to fit in my 8 qt Instant Pot. I also used it for an electric pressure cooker demo and this bundt pan fits perfectly in a 6 qt Instant Pot and a 6qt Cosori. I’ve used this bundt pan 6 times since purchasing. Everything I’ve made slides right out with no sticking and clean up is a breeze. I really could have just used a paper towel to wipe it out. I have not not put into the dishwasher as somethings are just easier to clean by hand. Good quality and value.

As a seasoned baker, I am used to a heavier quality Bundt pan. While disappointed with the apparent flimsy quality, I’m going to give this pan a try. As it is aluminum, it is apparently a more delicate pan that requires more sensitive care when prepping and cleaning. Several reviews say it even cooks faster. We’ll give it a try this holiday season and then revisit our review.

Great bundt cake pan. My cake came out nice. Butter and flour it well or use baking spray. Cleans up easily if washed immediately after removing your cake.

It feels light and kind of thin so i was a bit worried. But i made 3 rum nut cakes for christmas using 15.25 oz cake mix. Sprayed and floured the pan and they all came out perfect!!

I little lighter weight than what I expected from Nordicware but bakes perfectly. My came cane right out of the pan with no breakage or uneven baking

Very cheap pan no wonder it was $14. I see now it says Nordic Ware formed. What does that mean?

Lo compré a un super precio, y su calidad es inmejorable. Es antiadherente.

El molde es muy bueno, aunque cabe aclarar que en esta marca hay dos tipos de calidad y precio, algunos son de acero moldeado y otros de aluminio, los de aluminio son más ligeros y económicos, todo depende que tanto los utilices y también tu presupuesto jeje. Nordic Ware siempre es buena calidad.

O nome da marca me enganou. Sabia que seria pequena (mas não tão pequena). E mal acabada. Muito mal acabada. Mal pintada e mal feita. Ou seja, parece uma forma barata que se compra em qualquer esquina. Decepção! Sem fotos. Veja dos outros compradores!

There are a lot of strange reviews here that had me confused before I bought this pan. First of all, it is made of aluminized steel. The Instapot is already made of heavy 18/8 steel and the pan sits inside, in water. The pan does not sit in an oven, but basically in a pressurized kettle. The material is simply lighter, not thinner, and has great corrosion resistance and heat conduction properties. The coating is a new PFOA free coating, not a cancer causing non-stick coating. Not as durable as some others perhaps, but it works just as well when oiled and floured correctly and most Instapot folks likely prefer the healthy coating selection. The price is only $15 and it works and fits perfectly in the Instapot ( see my picture of my bundt cake made on my first attempt). I had no sticking or flaking at all. The size is also perfect for a family of four. Just read the instructions folks and stop giving poor reviews to a wonderful product.
