Works well, easy to load, and holds more than enough product to really get in to your skin. Definitely buy some rubbing alcohol/isopropyl alcohol to keep this clean between uses! Don’t leave any product in here as it will eventually leak. Great value for money and my skin feels lovely - I use with either the ordinary or L’Oréal HA.

As fancy as it looks, it doesn’t really do what it says. 0.25mm needle is ok for product absorption but you’ll have to go for 0.5mm really if you want to stimulate collagen production. The plumping effect is only temporary. For me it lasted 30min until the redness subsided. Also the fact this product only has 140 needles means you have to work it much longer to cover the whole surface of your lips. You will get better results with a regular dermaroller with 540 0.5mm titanium needles for under £6.When it comes to serum dispenser that is integrated with this roller, you can just apply the serum straight after rolling or before if you prefer.This is just another overpriced TikTok trend that doesn’t really work. It will plum your lips as you’re doing it of course, but the effect doesn’t last long. And again the 0.25mm needle is not long enough to stimulate collagen production. So this product is not worth the money.

It is a good product.The feature to add a serum/beard oil etc is a BIG plus, and ultimately makes the whole process of using the dermaroller with a beard product easier/more streamlined.I do have 2 suggestions which in my opinion would make this a sure 5 STAR product.1 - Make this a 540 needle spindleWould make for a better and quicker job overall in my opinion.2 - Change the method/location of where to add your oil.Lifting the section with the actual roller is VERY fiddly. On the first try, I actually dropped the spindle head on the floor as I was worried I might prick my fingers on the needles!

My wife likes it. She says it feels nice and soft on her skin. Easy to use and great quality for the money. It looks smart too.
