I got the photo stick the next day. It worked wonderfully. My grandson had to do it for me, and retrieve the information off my husband's old tablet. It is a life saver. Been trying for years to do it. Thanks again.

I hate this thing!
I hate this thing! Used for my android phone. It took forever to download. After many hours of waiting it only loaded a few videos. No photos. Had to download a Chinese app which gave me pause. After 2 attempts to save my photos and getting same results I deleted the app and trashed it. Now I'm noticing I'm seeing comments being made to videos on YT using my email name but I didn't send the comments!!!!!

Nice as apple pie and easy!
High tech is easy! Less time for reviewing necessary instructions than some things....which is great. In ten minutes total we were done and up - downloaded! Great Apple pairing! Easy to follow directions...even for us old-timers!

Probably best to research this product and App which seemed hard to understand for me.
Could not get this to work for videos and moving them so they would work. photos moved pretty much okay.

Chiavetta in metallo molto comoda perché si può usare sia con usb che usb c. Ci si possono mettere dentro intere cartelle semplicemente trascinandole. Per Iphone bisogna scaricare l'applicazione Hi Pro, non bellissima ma fa il suo lavoro. Anche per file di grosse dimensioni come video e foto è velocissima. Unica pecca, scalda tantissimo ma non da problemi.
