This is a big time help for my migraines. Nice design feels soft and fits well.

These are very helpful pain relief.The cap is a little too cold straight out of the freezer and causes pain on my bare skin. So I can’t pull it down over my eyes for awhile.Other than that, I do love that they function as a hands-free ice packs, are comfortable to lie down in, and the gentle pressure of the cap around my head is extremely soothing.I appreciate the sturdy storage bags for cleanliness in the freezer. The cold lasts a little bit longer than the blue one I got from Walmart

Love this item. When I don't want to use the mask I just turn the headpiece around so that the back is over my face and covers my sinuses. You don't need to put it in the refrigerator. It is cool as is definitely helps my headaches.

Really works great for headaches and sore shoulders/neck. It stays cold a long while without freezing you to death. High quality material and well made.

so good. love the eye holes, i have other ones without the eye holes and you can’t really wear them fully on your head if you want to see.

My granddaughter gave me this for Christmas, and I recently bought it for a friend of mine who suffers from migraines and her medication doesn’t always hit the spot.I absolutely love it, especially since it Covers the eyes and the sun doesn’t wake me up as early!She let me know that she used it a few days after getting it and was really helpful.I have not chilled it in the fridge as it seems to be cool enough for my discomfort.

It is comfortable and I like having both the head and neck covered.I am a bit disappointed in how long the cold lasts. I have a different head cover (different brand) and it lasts about 20 minutes or so longer.

The material is silky and feels nice on the skin. Nice compression and fit. The smell was weird upon opening but I’m hoping it’ll fade. I like the removable eye mask option which is why I chose this product, can wear the cap while I’m working on something else. After putting in the fridge, it only stayed cold for about 15 min. In the freezer it might stay colder for longer but I don’t want that level of cold. It works though at reducing severity of migraine <3
