Per the title - this works great with my iPhone 16 Pro Max in a case. It has a strong magnetic grip with no wobble. Used like a handle, it helps me steady and pan when shooting video. It's a nice little tripod with lots of viewing angles possible and folds nice and small for carrying around. It is sturdy and well made. Nice addition being able to use it with my Arca mount systems - it makes a good strong fit in my mounts. Highly recommended.

Bought this to put in my pocket while traveling, to quickly add onto my iPhone for stability when taking telephoto pics, or low-light pics. Excellent, strong magnet. High quality build; fairly light; folds up into an impossibly small chunk to put in your pocket. Performed exactly as I wanted, and has the secondary benefit of being an extra 'handle' when holding your iPhone for otherwise awkward positions. Hint- don't inadvertently leave this on your person when traveling by air. :(

I like using this instead of holding my phone while on FaceTime. It’s also a convenient place to hold my phone when not using it. I like how it can be screwed onto a tripod mount, though I haven’t used it for that yet. It is a little heavy but the pros/uses for it make me still want to carry it. It’s worth the price and very sturdy.

What should you know about? What can I say? If you want it, buy it, if you don’t, move on. Great little tripod with one down side, it can’t fully be used in Portrait mode. If you can deal with this, then your search ends here, if not, move on. There are others that don’t have this issue, I didn’t want return yet another item, and not going to portrait mode is a big problem for me. Magnet is strong. Really nice build. Wrench included to tighten things.

Well-engineered. Actually useful. Photographer here. With every piece of gear I buy the biggest question is not “is it worth the $” but is it worth the weight in the pack when I’m actually out there. For the weight and size, I haven’t found anything better than this to support my phone. It comes almost everywhere now. Good tension on the pivot points out of the box. I can get a reasonably smooth video tilt with stabilization on. If I want slightly smoother, I need a tripod with a video head, and that means lbs I don’t want. This is great for a scrappy little Timelapse setup, quick tilt shot, long exposure, or just watching content on an airplane. Folds up tight and feels like an old flip phone in the pocket. Magnet isn’t weak, also isn’t bulletproof. Use caution when moving the rig or you might accidentally frisbee your phone.

I really like this stand very much. I put it in my sling bag when heading around the city. I mostly use it as a portable travel stand. It's nice to be able to watch something on your cell, or do some reading while eating a sandwich or something about town. I don't really "selfie" a lot, but every now and again I will do some filming on my cell phone (on vacation or doing something otherwise interesting to me) and its nice to be able to have this on hand to film a little better. Very well built. I was a little worried, since I thought the friction hinges would loosen poorly over time, but at least the hinges support Allen key tightening, so if I beat up on it and the hinges get too lose for me, I should be able to tighten it up. Its a very nice little travel EDC item since its well built, well designed and highly functional when out and about.

Heavier and more sturdy than I thought it would be. The size is perfect for handheld or desktop use, and it's designed just right so that you can easily manipulate it into the position you want, but no so easy that you have to worry about it falling or unfolding on you. The magnetic grip keeps your phone locked into place, even while moving and repositioning everything. Great price for a well built product.

Eccellente cavalletto compatto e ripiegabile con sistema mag safe. La tenuta del magnete è più che sufficiente per iPhone dotato di cover, purchè anch'essa con anello Mag Safe. Da tenere nello zaino di tutti i giorni è una soluzione molto pratica e compatta per vedere video in viaggio (treno/aereo), per fare videochiamate senza tenere il cell appoggiato a sistemi "fai da te" e consente in velocità di mettere/togliere e ruotare in orizzontale/verticale senza ricorrere alle più solide ma anche macchinose clamp; inoltre per chi fa video funge anche da maniglia per poter reggere il telefono comodamente, ad esempio con telefono in orientamento landscape per riprese sotto il piano del busto. Ottima fattura, interamente in alluminio, fornito di chiave a brugola per regolare la frizione dei perni che consentono la regolazione dell'inclinazione delle parti. Una volta ripiegato entra comodamente nella tasca di jeans; con pantaloni non troppo stretti può essere anche lasciato attaccato al telefono. Sul retro dell'attacco mag safe ha anche una comoda slitta a freddo per agganciare un eventuale microfono per riprese video e ai lati della slitta due fori filettati con standard 1/4 -20 per avvitare ulteriori accessori video-foto (hard disk esterno, piccole luci led o altro ancora) Alla base dei 3 piedini di appoggio si trovano dei piccoli pad in morbida gomma antiscivolo per un posizionamento più stabile su ripiani duri/lisci (tipicamente tavoli o scrivanie). Anche sulla gamba di appoggio posteriore ci sono ben altri 3 fori filettati con standard 1/4 -20. In definitiva, un accessorio intelligente, ben fatto ed estremamente versatile e compatto

Sehr klein, stabil und praktisch. Mit iPhone 17 genutzt. Über die Langzeitstabilität der Scharniere kann ich noch nichts sagen.
