The marketing of this mat is so great that you would believe that it is so convenient, which it is but it is so thin that your knees would hurt. It is not comfortable for intense yoga workout and definitely not skids proof! The only good thing is the design and that it opens and folds easily. But how does that help my practice if my knees are affected? Waste of my money!

The mat is thin and grip is good. Love the fact that I can fold and keep it for travel. I will give it 4 stars as the weight is slightly on the higher side. It is almost 1.5 kg instead of 0.5kg as given in the description.
