Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini

A very nice little phone. The service was 100% excellent as they sent a replacement charging cable ASAP. Thanks again guys.

I liked the small size and if it had worked I would have kept it. But when I ran into problems and checked with Samsung support I found device warranty expired in February 2018. So goodness knows how long it had been in stock before I bought it. None of the apps could be updated and the phone did not work as it could not detect the brand new sim I put in it. I bought a new dumb phone direct from Nokia and that detected the same sim with full signal strength. Kudos to Amazon for giving me a full refund.

I was looking for a low cost mini-phone with basic features and this seemed ideal. But the phone has been sold with Android version 4.4 KitKat which has not been supported by Google for some time and is impossible to update. This creates multiple problems, both real and potential, devaluing the phone far below the purchase price. Perhaps I should have done more homework but I believe that the product description should disclose such a fundamental shortcoming.

I took it upon my friend's request. But unfortunately the screen of the phone became black. And without a month more. I embarrassed from my friend.

It annoys me how load the child can make the sound come out of it. But it allows us to track the child when it's out.

Phone was for my husband I'm very pleased with it
