Q: What are the ingredients please?

This has no 'active' ingredients in the true sense of the word. It is just the base which was used in products such as adcortyl. It has some benefit in forming a protective film over the injury but no additional effect such as anti-inflammatory, cooling, numbing.

Hi I bought this a while back and the expiry date is 04 2023 hope this helps .

Q: What colour/texture it should be? Mine's a beige/cream colour & 'bitty' not a cream as I was expecting -not easy to apply accurately. Is it off?

This is how the texture should be. You could feel kind of "sant" in it. The best option to apply is use straight from the tube without black attached top. Spreading the cream with the finger.
