Feel. Calmer and “softer”.
These great for managing ADHD symptoms like impatience, over excitement, mood swings and anxiety the only side effect being if you take too much it comes out as Diarrhoea!Worth it though as you just feel you can cope quite a bit better

Really Very Good Supplement and Seller
The product arrived on time and was as described. I really loved the idea of an acid resistant magnesium product and this one does the job. It contains more than one type of magnesium compound, each of which can have a substantially different effect on the body. I shall be buying more.

Best Magnesium supplements I have found.
I have been taking these daily for 6 months and they are the best Magnesium supplements I have used. I suffer with bad anxiety and these help with sleeping and panic attacks. I definitely notice a different relative to the cheaper less absorable forms of magnesium. Highly recommended.

I'm liking these in spite of their size.
The tablets are large but they are smooth coated and easy to swallow with a glass of water. I switched to these after taking mag oxide. These seem much more compatible with body chemistry, at least my body seems to prefer these, I don't get any problems with acid in the tummy with these. I take them about an hour or 2 after evening meal.I can't comment at this stage if they will help my bones or arthritis situation but I will report back later on this. I do think these help me sleep more soundly and I am not sure but I think they may help sinus and nose blockage, although I have also been massaging along my brow line which may also have a bearing on this.

One of the best...
I've been taking one of these about a half hour before sleeping to battle my insomnia. So far seem to really help. Smooth coating. Goes down easy.

Very difficult to swallow
The tablets are huge and very difficult to swallow. To make matters worse the coating disintegrated quite soon after opening, which made them painful to swallow as they scratched my throat.

These are huge, kept choking trying to swallow. Will go back to the Swanson magnesium complex as they are 400mg and much easier to swallow.
