This item is phenomenal. It keeps my pens cold for over a day. Best thing I found so far and the airlines let you take it on board.

This kept my 3 syringe medications cold for a full 24 hours. This is very well insulated and is durable. It can take a beating. I had it attached to my backpack and forgot so when i put my pack on the floor there was a big thud. The container is still intact. Works great for when you are traveling and need to bring your medication with you in a refrigerated state.

This product has been a game changer for me. No longer do I have to worry about my in room fridge at a hotel freezing my insulin. Keeps my insulin cold for days if in a cool environment and even if it's in the hot car for several hours. They provide a chart with temps and times. Great product!

I bought two of these for a six week trip to Europe to transport my diabetic weekly injector pens. Each one holds three pens and the liquid pack was still frozen solid 17 hours later. Both cannisters were opened and inspected by the TSA during check in. I had taped my pharmacy label to the cannisters showing the contents but they still took everything out and of course just left everything in the box on the conveyor for you to repack. Make sure you refreeze the freezer packs on the way back as they will confiscate them if not frozen as has happened to others and I was warned. I have also used one for two weekly trips to the beach. They are expensive but work and I could not have taken my trip without them. I made sure I had access to a refrigerator and freezer where I was staying.

Seems to be quite sturdy and should keep meds cool for a long day of travel overseas. It is nit small, but for my injectable meds it should work well. It looks.like a big Hydroflask water, has a luggage ID tag. It is nit light in weight though but you need this insulation for long flights. Shipping was super fast.

Doesn't fit as many as advertised but it worked for my needs, thankfully it fit just enough of my injector pens. I take benlysta and could fit exactly 4 auto injectors in there snug. The ice pack didn't last 24 hours, I did an international trip and by the time we arrived it was fully liquid and barely cold. Followed the directions exactly as written. Thankfully the insulation is actually quite good and I had a temperature gauge in there that came with my meds so I know the temperature was still good enough but I can't say how much longer it would've lasted. If you need your meds to remain at a certain temp for a certain amount of time, get a thermometer to test it out before relying on it. Went through TSA just fine, agent thought it was weird which I thought was weird lol but made it through fine. Compact, durable it fell and dented but didn't break or anything.

Great to use to store medications for our trip to Europe. Medication was still cold after we arrived 36 hours later.

Will hold 3 pens with the large safty cover more if you remove safty cover. Works great.
