Cook it on the stove top first on a low heat so as not to burn the bottom of the pan. Heat until the cheese is completely smooth with not lumps.

How long does it keep after opening

I think you have to use it straight away once opened, as it's in a sealed foil pack. Just open and melt in the pot for a lovely easy cheese fondue.

How many will this serve?

Depends on your appetite for cheese! But it suited my partner and I for a meal.
