Great pan , only done eggs in it for now but plan to do American style pancakes too. Works on our induction hob. Seems to be well made and good quality. You have to attach the handle yourself but they provide a screwdriver which I was surprised at. Even the screwdriver seems good quality

I expected it to be non-stick, however after only using it twice, the eggs start to stick. The spatula also gave a smell of burnt plastics. It is hugely disappointing, not to mention the danger of toxin emitted from such products!As a comparisson, I have an old pan I bought in Asia, a lot cheaper, different brand, it lasted a long time (a couple of years), non-stick and the spatula also does not smell burnt-plastic when used.

Second purchase from the brand, again didn't disappoint in look and feel. Another quality pan. Need the same colour crockpot to continue building a full set. Definitely a winner.

Nice heavy duty cooking pan with four individual cooking slots makes cooking eggs and warming up biscuits at the same time. The pan is mostly nonstick, I still used butter because eggs are notorious for sticking to pans but later I used the pan directly and the eggs came out great. It's nice to have four separate slots, great for making perfectly circular eggs, well at least until you have to flip them when making over-easy; it's not super easy to flip with a spatula. Makes perfect round pancakes as well but as I said before it's a little difficult to flip them.

Each of the round compartments are just large enough to hold one large egg, maybe one and a half if it's full to the top. My idea of omelettes are bigger than that, but I tell you what. These pans make PERFECT eggs, especially for breakfast sandwiches. I've used silicone and I've used metal egg rings before, but I don't care for either one - the eggs leak underneath the ring, sometimes half the egg escapes - so the eggs aren't uniform in size. Not mentioning the mess it makes.I've also tried making eggs for sandwiches in muffin pans in the oven, but I don't care for that method either because the eggs end up smaller on the bottom and wider on the top. This pan couldn't be any more perfect for making egg sandwiches. The size is perfect for an english muffin. The eggs come out perfectly round, they're the same size from top to bottom. The pan is a non stick, I can just flip the pan over on a plate, the pan releases the cooked eggs and I can crack 4 more and make another batch. It's a pretty quick way to make large quantities of cooked egg rounds to make diy breakfast sandwiches that can be frozen. My husband has dietary restrictions since he had a heart attack, so I need to control the ingredients that go into his food. Egg whites are much heart healthier than yolks, so I use 1/2 a yolk to each full egg white to cut down on the cholesterol. Pre made food often is high in sodium and contains chemicals and preservatives I can't even pronounce - I sure don't want them in my food if I can avoid it. Then, this handy little pan also fries up perfectly round, perfectly sized turkey breakfast sausage patties. I just love this little pan! Highly recommend this to anyone. It is well made with quality materials, the eggs cook evenly, they don't burn on the bottom, they don't stick to the pan.

Perfect for poached eggs. It absolutely does NOT stick-but oil-spray first. I use on gas cooktop, low heat, and when almost done, flip them with spatula as we don't like runny.Wipe clean then hot soapy water.Handle doesn't get hot.

Love this pan! It's perfect for cooking eggs for breakfast sandwiches. Only problem I had was the pan and handle are not attached when it's shipped. There was no bolt included to attach them and I've been unable to find one that fits.
