I love this product. It comes in a small packet and you add it to 16 Oz of water and drink. Make it ahead of time and put it in the Refrigerator to chill.It is convenient, effective, and tastes good too!I sent a box to my disbled brother in Eugene because he felt dehydrated in the hot weather. Now he says he loves it! He mixes it up in the morning, cools it, and enjoys a drink when it hot.

Nice variety of flavors. Very easy to travel with. Price seems on point for this type of product. Recommended for all ages.

Works very well to rehydrate. I give it to my daughter in these hot summer days with some cold water. Tastes great, I’ve only tried the strawberry lemonade so far. Dissolves well I just pour it into a bottle of water after taking a sip.

I was having a hard time getting my mom to drink liquids. She would get light headed and was weak. After getting these, I have no problem. She loves the taste and asks for refills. Well worth the money to keep a loved one hydrated.
