We use this in place of ADHD medication
My son is 16 and he has tried almost every prescription ADHD medication out there. Some would work okay for a while, but after a while everything seemed to have a bad side effect that out weighed any good effect. (Difficulty sleeping, circular thinking, mania) so we finally gave up on the prescription drugs. After tons of research I found a few different supplements that came highly recommended. This is the best one out of the lot. He doesn't take anything else.After a few days and some reading up about different doses people take we found that 2 gummies keeps him steady for four hours. He'll take between 4-6 gummies a day. If he misses a dose or goes without there is no nasty withdraw he's just his usual self. His own verdict is that he prefers this to medication. He says it doesn't make him feel "zombie-ish." He remembers to take them on his own and will tell me when we're running low. For him that's a huge endorsement.I tell everyone I know about this. Really glad to have found it. I also think this particular brand is good as it seems to start working immediately, and have read that not Theanine supplement does that. Thanks!

These are a lifesaver
My 9 year daughter takes these for anxiety and OCD and they have been a lifesaver. They help her to feel calm and focus on tasks. I can't quite believe something like this would work, but I think it really does because whenever we run out, she starts become more panicky and irritable. They also taste good!
