Q: What's the difference between the three different blades offered?

Dear Customer: Blades BS1018: This deburring tool kit works for stainless steel, tungsten and other hard materials from any surface. Blades BS1010: This deburring tool kit works for steel, copper, aluminum and plastic. Blades BK3010: This deburring tool kit works for cast iron, brass, copper, wood, ABS plastics and other hard materials from any surface. Q: Will this debur ¼” holes, inside and outside walls, of copper pipe? Thank you.

Yes it works very well on soft metals like aluminum, brass and copper. The smallest holes I have used it on was 5mm. I suppose it will still work on 4mm holes but I haven't tried it yet.

Q: I want to deburr slots down to 1.5mm on 3d printer plastic. What style of blades will accomplish this?

I only work with ferrous and non-ferrous metal. I am not familiar with deburring plastic.
