Investment Banking Valuation Models 2nd Edition

The CD and Focus Notes were very handy in helping to construct the spreadsheet for our group valuation project for business school. We used the DCF model, some assumptions were made that were not explained but a quick search came up with the answer. We have to do one for comps now and I am hoping we derive the same benefit.

This is a terrific book to learn about investment banking valuation models, as well as leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. The writing is extremely clear and understandable and doesn't presuppose that the reader has an extensive background in corporate finance. Very helpful to either learn about these subjects or "brush-up your existing knowledge base.

This book contains very useful contents. I have learned many skills through it.
