This kukri chops and can bushcraft
This kukri was able to chop wood with very little effort, and weeds as well, i also was able to carve and do feathersticks with, it is very well balanced, the micarta feels great, and with the grip it wont leave your hand after a lot of chopping the size is great, overall a must have.

High quality, well built, perfectly balanced and robust for a good price
I order a lot of items off Amazon but rarely take the time to provide a review. In this case, I am making an exception as I am very impressed with the quality of this Kukri from Condor. I own a tree farm and use cutting blades on a weekly basis. I was looking for a blade that was heavier than the general Kukris or machetes / woodsman tools in the market. This Kukri has good weight, strong carbon steel and a comfortable and appropriate sized mikarta handle with a heavy duty flat butt on the handle which you could hammer nails with (although obviously not the intended use) if needed. It comes with a form fitting kydex sheath which perfectly fits and protects the blade and enables the user to carry it on their belt. It can easily and quickly be removed from the sheath, contrary to other reviews I've read about this product. The extra weight and carbon steel (which holds a sharp edge) enables it to slice through wood like a hot knife through butter. I'm thrilled with the quality of this Kukri and feel like it was worth every penny. You won't be disappointed with it.

Superb, quality kukri!
Absolutely fantastic kukri! Excellent balance and weight. Quality is top notch. Grind from the factory was very good on mine, but I'll touch it up a bit to my liking. I found the leather retainment strap was a bit too short and didn't allow the snap to fully seat. I lengthened the leather retainment strap just a bit with some wet fitting/stretching and this fixed the issue with the snap. It allowed the snap to fully seat so it is more secure on closure. This provides more retainment, so it doesn't open too easily as others have reported as well. I am elated with this knife. I'll give it nice apple cider vinegar patina, touch up the edge just a little, and then it will be perfect! This kukri will not disappoint, just buy the darn thing!

K-tac kukri
Mostly good, with some minor qualifications. I love the design. It’s comfortable in the hand from the start. Chopping a 2x4 feels good. No hot spots on the handle. The swell at the pommel makes it secure while striking. The “waist” of the blade is quite narrow. I find that narrowness aesthetically pleasing. Not knowing the temper quality I’d never pry sideways. I like the plate on the pommel for driving tent stakes or cracking nuts or whatever. I’m going to draw a template of the blade and forge one from 5160 for fun.The Sheath. It works. It’s kind of clunky. The kydex bracket the sheath hangs from is logical, but inelegant. I prefer a cross draw from the opposite hip and you really can’t do that with this sheath. I think I might prefer the wider, traditional kukri sheath. I’ll make one. The lashing at the bottom of the sheath is too short, but easily remedied with a longer cord.On balance, I like this knife. It’s a good chopper, primarily. It is not too curved and the point is slender enough to be stabby, but with caution, as there is no hilt. I like it. I’m glad I bought it.

Condor hit this one out of the ballpark
I have had my eye on this kukri for a while but was anxious to pull the trigger and it not fit my XXL glove sized hams. As you can see in the picture though it does! I have cut on oak, birch, and cherry wood with it so far and it handles about as well as a blade this size can with those hardwoods. It is a heavy knife, have no misconceptions about that, but the way they added the butt onto the bottom of the tang really balances the blade out well. This makes the tip easy to manipulate and actually use for medium detail wood work without choking up on the spine at the tip and more precise chops for processing kindling. The sheath is fantastic and fits the blade perfectly with no wiggling or annoying clacking when walking about. It came hair popping sharp and for something with a Rockwell hardness in the lower 50's it holds an edge very well. I have kept it shaving sharp with just some stropping. I have been using grape seed oil to keep it rust free and that has worked fantastically. Just a dab on a cloth or paper towel after each use and it has stayed rust free so far. The only thing I can think of to complain about are the eyelets in the handle. Them being hollow can have to wear on the hands a bit if your grip lines up right on them, but I just sanded them down into more of a rounded bevel to the inside of the tube and haven't noticed it since. Definitely a great buy.

Best Knife Ever Owned
Being retired military, we've been issued a lot of knives and various other outdoor gear. This is by far one thee best knife I've owned and I have owned quite a few. It's a very solid knife that feels like a workhorse as soon as you pick it up. I plan on taking this with me on my next camping trip and put it to good use. Well worth the price and the time I took to research what was out there.

Defective Product. Belt Clip Fell off.
I took this knife with me on a morning walk in the Sonoran Desert & in less than 5 minutes of walking the "rivets" on the belt clip fell off the main body of the knife sheath & fell from my hip.The rivets didn't have any metal reinforcement or to catch on except a rubber piece. How can you charge $138 dollars for such a defective product. Since Amazon won't return my payment in full I am going through my credit card company to get my money back.
