As described
So far it was a very easy install. THIS ITEM has no buzzing sound like I did with the full and mini goxlr audio interface! I'm very pleased with Elgato and it's devices thus far. Now I'm going to see how I can fully utilize this dock along with the Wavelink system so that I can have directional sound when gaming FPS with friends or solo

A great way to add XLR to your setup!
I love this thing, i get that it may be a bit pricey but its a great way to add XLR to your setup, it plugs in easily to the back of my stream deck plus. Paired with my Shure SM7dB it works great. Plenty of gain to push the mic and without having an additional Wave XLR or XLR interface on my desk it is great. Saves the space and uses the same real estate as my stream deck plus. win-win in my book.

Own an XLR mic and Stream Deck +? Get this!
I've tried a few different XLR interfaces, Scarlet and Rodecaster Duo.. and now the XLR dock.. I really just wanted a simple way to control audio and have everything work together. Having a Steelseries headset, other brand interface, Shure SM7B Mic, etc. seemed to make everything not work well together. Now that I'm using XLR doc, Wavelink software, everything works perfect. I was using Steelseries Sonar before and it just never worked right with other interfaces and mics. I'm not a streamer or content creator, just like good audio. The Stream Deck + and the XLR dock have seemed to complete the package.

Hate it being stuck with THIS
When this thing dropped i I was so excited. Thinking i had a mixer/stream deck combo when all i really get is a head ache every day. First of the dock is held by two screws on the bottom but it connects to the SD+ thought the top so it is always looses no matter how tight your screwed it on. Also even if i get my pc setup with it perfect the next time i reboot i have the setup the thing all over. Also STream deck program Constantly loses Wave Link plugin so can’t use knobs without restarting both programs. Reviews on here and people on yt praise Elgato like their divine and this dock is very human. Tried to get support on Elgato website but you they just want to do stupid connections checks. Save yourself time/money get a Stream Deck and a REAL audio mixer. (XLR)

Works as intended, sort of expensive
I mean the thing works as intended. I wrote a raving review about the StreamDeck+, because It's an awesome piece of technology. However, the cost of this item just seemed excessive considering the StreamDeck itself is $200.The barrier to entry (for XLR mic users) is $319, before tax. Or just buy a USB mic?
