Instant effect, you don't feel like a cig after one of these!
These work really well, in conjunction with self-discipline to! Have the 2mg ones which sound like they wouldn't be enough having been smoking 8-10mg cigarettes, but 2mg is plenty as its a 'different' nicotine type to when you inhale it via smoking, and once you have had one you will not feel like having a cigarette afterwards. Really effective, just need to make the right choice each time and have one of these when you feel the urge for a cig. I find it much better than vaping as that does not suppress the nicotine craving as well these lozenges. They taste 'ok' they are not like sweeties though, which is a good thing as then you are not inclined to have one just because they taste nice! When they get really really small towards the end, I just spit out the end bit in to a bin. ... or you can spit them out beforehand if they get too strong for you as they do taste strong / you can feel the effect on your body as it dissolves more and more. Noticed on here some reviewers say these lozenges make them feel bloated. I think they may mean when taking one when have the urge to have a cigarette after having a meal. Ans: They do = don’t have one straight after a meal!, I found the same thing, so to get round it when I get the urge to have one after a meal, I have a vape pen to hand and use that, … or use self-control till the urge dies away. So all in all these lozenges need to be seen as part of a multi-pronged effort to stop or cut down on smoking = 1- Self discipline / determination 2- Lozenges 3 - a vape here and there 4 - and most importantly making rules for yourself. ie max 3 cigarettes a day = once you have had 3 that's it = factor them in to your day, not having the first one until 9pm, and rules like that ... and then feel really good the next day noting down on your 'smoking diary' that you only had 3 the day before! = so you can see / feel the progress you are making each day Good value when they are below £10 for the 80 lozenges

Pleased with the result
I found these lozenges to be very effective. I have tried gum, patches and very briefly an e-cigarette in my attempts to quit smoking and none of these methods worked. I wasn't expecting miracles from these lozenges but I was amazed at how great they were at fighting off the cravings. I feel I should mention that I was not the heaviest of smokers. I would smoke roughly 20 rollies (sometimes less) per day. The taste is pleasant and the container they come in is very handy to just pop in your pocket for when you're out and about. I purchased 2 packs of 4 (160 lozenges) as I figured I'd need at least that many but when I received them I was pleasantly surprised when I only had 3 lozenges on day 1 of quitting, and 2-3 each day after. I have made my way through 4 packs (80 lozenges over a couple of months) before feeling I no longer need them but the extra 4 packs come in handy for those moments of weakness when at the pub :) Obviously everyone is different and these may not work for everyone but at such a good price you have nothing to lose by giving these a try. You may even be as pleasantly surprised as I was! :) Good luck!

Tasty but addictive
OK so obviously the reason I bought these was to try and help me quit smoking. I had been through the stop smoking service and used patches and the mini lozenges to help with my quit, but those products only take you so far. I ultimately was able to stop using the patches but at no point (during that quit attempt) was I able to stop using nicotine. I saw these and gave them a try. The positive for me was the flavour which honestly they taste a lot nicer than the minis I had been using. But they were that tiny bit stronger which obviously wasn't ideal for cutting out the nicotine. They also made an absolute racket in my pocket when I was walking. Not sure why they were so noisy! I ended up smoking again because I had not dealt with the nicotine addiction, just substituted smoking tobacco for sucking lozenges. But still continued using these as well! So actually ended up in a far worse position than before I attempted to quit, as I ended up spending money on tobacco and these. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. I decided enough was enough. I finally read the Allen Carr book 'the easy way to stop smoking'. And very sceptical I was too! But I am now 19 days nicotine free. No tobacco, patches, lozenges, none of it. Yippee! I'm free!!! Seriously, if you actually want to quit, do yourself a favour, get the book. I honestly am amazed by how easy it has ultimately been, considering how doubly addicted I'd become. These things are great if you don't actually want to stop using nicotine, if you just want to use it in a different form for your health or when you are in a situation where you can't smoke. But if you really want to get out of the addiction, don't bother with these, read Allen Carr instead.

Seriously good aid to help with cigarette cravings
I've tried to cut back or stop smoking multilpe times in the past with mixed results. Decided to try something different on my most recent attempt so went with the 2mg lozenges as I always smoked less than 20 a day. First of all, they taste quite nice and minty which was a surprise. I've been taking them sparingly, only when I really feel an intense craving for a cigarette (around 4 or 5 a day) and was pleased by how well the nicotine hits from these, actually felt a bit light-headed when I first started taking them but that's got better with time. I usually end up spitting them out way before they dissolve because it doesn't take long at all to get the nicotine buzz but this is probably just a personal preference. It's early days yet (day 6) but anyone who has went through nicotine withdrawal knows that the first 3-5 days are the toughest for physical cravings. They may not work for everyone but I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're thinking about cutting back or trying to quit.

Good product but expensive.
If you can't get along with the sprays then I would recommend these. They work out a good bit more expensive and one pack doesn't last as long.
