As a longtime Simply Herbal customer, I was disappointed with a recent purchase of their Plant-Based B-Complex Capsules. Compared to a previous batch, this one had non herbal aroma, pale colour and low efficacy, with B1 and B2 levels reduced by half. The manufacturer switch to Soulager from Organic Dehydrated Foods may have contributed to the decline in quality. Despite my repeated complaints to customer care, there's been no response. I hope Simply Herbal addresses these concerns in future batches.
