Pros: Comes in a handy 3-pack (black, gray, white) Adjustable resistance settings for personalized training Functional and effective for strengthening lungs Durable, well-built, and portable Lightweight enough for daily use Great value for the money Cons: Could be slightly lighter for more comfort Bite piece can feel a little stiff at first I absolutely love this 3-pack of portable breathing trainers. The black, gray, and white colors are a nice touch, and I love that each one is fully adjustable. Using it while walking is interesting and effective—definitely makes you feel your lungs working harder. The build quality is excellent; these feel sturdy and durable. I’ve only been using them for a short while, but I can already notice the difference in my breathing strength. Lightweight, functional, and a great value for the money. Tip: Start with the lowest resistance and gradually increase it as your lungs get stronger. This will help prevent overexertion while maximizing results.

Dubious. Not well built. Waste of money.

As a runner, I found this product very impractical. The biggest issue is that sweat and spit quickly block the vent, which makes it difficult to breathe and eventually defeats the whole purpose of using it. Despite the claims, it does not serve well for performance enhancement during active workouts. The design shown in the images is misleading – these trainers are not suited for running or any high-intensity activity. They may only be somewhat useful if you are sitting still in a dry or cold climate and doing light breathing exercises. For actual training benefits, I would recommend going for a breathing resistance mask instead. The only challenge there is the higher price, since no reliable manufacturers are available from India yet. Overall, this product is not useful for runners or athletes. It’s more of a gimmick than a practical tool.
