Used them on a shower wall that is smooth glass. You set it against the glass and twist the "hook" part to create the suction giving you the option on how much force to use. Having the T hook helps items stay on the hook. They also provide these circular discs that can be attached to none smooth surfaces, using 3m adhesive, that can then be suctioned to, which makes the more versatile. Made from what feels like a plastic but looks metal. I would buy again.

These are very nice bathrooms hooks. They are very easy to install and put together. The suction is very strong and I have no worries they will fall. The box also comes with 3M stick on paper but I did not need it on the bathroom tile. It can be used on almost any surface and the suction would hold. I would highly recommend.

I usually do not buy things of this nature because I have doubts, but needed a quick fix and something sleek and modern, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, I should have kept to my thoughts. While they are very easy to install, they do not remain in a tile wall, no matter how many times I tried. They seem a little flimsy and cheap, so maybe that’s why they won’t stay. Both fell down in two different rooms around the same time. So, performance was poor, size was appropriate, but I am returning the item.

Screw is plastic - Be aware it will break! It last about a year before it broke. Nevertheless, I give them 4 stars because it look great and work fine before it broke.
