This is the only thing that has saved me. It fixed my neck, no lie. I’ve slept with it every night since, the one night I didn’t stay home and didn’t use it I was stiff and aching the next day. I didn't think my initial review was particularly critical so I should just clarify that this product is good. I am having trouble getting the right height because I have wide shoulders so I am still experimenting with using other pillows to support this one which is not the fault of the manufacturer or seller of this product. My neck pain is definitely getting less as I adapt to my new pillow and mattress.We bought a memory foam mattress and my neck started hurting in the mornings with my old pillows. So I thought one of these might counter that. I have experimented with various combinations of using this pillow just on its own as well as putting another normal pillow on top or underneath. I haven't yet manged to get it just right but it feels like my neck and spine is adjusting to this and the pain in the mornings feels like it's getting less and less. It hasn't been the life-changing experience that other reviews n here describe but it feels like it might be working and for £30 I am not dissatisfied. Seems well built and arrived quickly.
