Alot of breathing room as the proportions and tightening can be adjusted with the straps but the strap holding is not great enough . Its not rigid enough to keep a static length , the length slacks off after couple of intense movements (which is a double edge sword feature , one hand it doesn't suffocate you and the other hand it is not tight an secure that you feel confident with doing sprints .The chest pack is good enough for key essentials from my S10+ phone , emergency cash , id card compartment , ear pods case , a mini powerbank with a small cable. For men this is similar to a bra which is wild, and people may look at you like you're a dude in a bra (or that you're packing heat, or maybe a dude in a bra packing heat). This accessory has kickstarted me from a nonrunner to an againrunner -- didn't realize how much keys annoyance was a deterrent. Your experience may vary. Straps and pulls may please (or irritate). No quick release may be more of an issue than assumed. I'm a happy dude.
