I had been looking for a glue free durable wood surface cutting board and found these. They are exactly what I expected... not too hard on my knives and easy to clean with a solid, single-strand, glue free surface. We have several sizes and they all get lots of use.

I love these cutting boards! I've had them about 3 weeks, and use them multiple times per day. They are flat, rigid, lightweight, easy to handle, easy to clean, dry fast, and the range of sizes is great. Much better than the plastic cutting boards they replaced!The top and bottom of each cutting board is a single piece of bamboo. On the larger boards, one or more darker bands across the board show the bamboo's natural joints, called nodes. The boards are gorgeous to look at, a pleasure to work on, and nice to touch. (I LOVE the rounded edges.)Each board is a sandwich: top, core, bottom, with all joints on the edges of the board so no glued joint touches your food. The working surfaces smell only of bamboo. (If I sniff the edges where the glued joints are, I can faintly smell wood glue.)The boards are finished with odorless food-grade mineral oil. After 2 weeks of daily use and detergent scrubs, I started to see a slight dulling of the finish. I refreshed them using the same butcher block oil (odorless food-grade mineral oil) I use on wooden cutting boards. I made sure the bamboo was thoroughly dry, wiped on a small amount of oil, and let them dry overnight in my vertical cutting board rack. This returned the finish to like-new condition.

A very nice low toxic option to standard cutting boards. Durable, easy to clean, very nice at a good price!

Great product so far. Used for chopping and slicing. Seems like it will clean off easily after use and hold up well. Time will tell.Beautiful looking, Reasonably priced, convenient sizes. Just a bit TOO heavy in weight to keep moving around as I do.

I am very pleased with these cutting boards. They are nice looking, well made, solid boards that truly have a glue free surface. I have only just received them so I can't say how well they will hold up over time, but my first impression is that they will last me many years.I am especially pleased with how Greener chef customer service honored their lifetime warranty. The largest board of the set arrived with a damage in the top surface. Miguel at customer service was very courteous and prompt in addressing the problem and I had a replacement set within a week. A very positive experience.I highly recommend these boards.

Very nice boards, use them all the time. Very sturdy, they will last you a long time even with the heaviest cutter in your family. The large board is _huge_, too big for most of my cooking but glad to have it in case I need it.
