Where is the the other 5/8ths of my order!? Was promised over a month ago!??

It says in the write up, "Specifications:Multipack of 500 premium 4/6/8/10/12"inch cable ties (100pcs of each size); Width 4mm/0.16inch "

Is it made in the USA?

The packaging didn't specify, but I'd doubt these would have been made in the USA. Just a guess on my part.
