Came in handy good product

It was kind of a bummer that they did not fit, but I heated a couple of parts up with a blow torch slowly so that they were moldable and fit them to all of the needed parts Sometimes you gotta just fabricate it!!!

This is a great set of shop vac hose adapters for a reasonable price. The multiple reducers are made of flexible rubber that can be trimmed to fit various sizes. I was able to trim the reducers and use the other adapters to hook up my 5 gallon shop vac to several different electric hand sanders. Very useful to reduce sand dust while sanding.

The idea of adapters is a very good one, but unfortunately some vacuum manufacturers don't want to play ball with the concept of standard sizes. The seller of the adapters was clear on the need for measurement and supplied sizes in its advertisements. Unfortunately, these were all internal diameters, but one needs to have external diameters as well to determine fit. So, it came down to trying it. None of them worked for me, but it wasn't an expensive product. Couldn't tell without giving it a try.

I have a few different size vacuums/hoses and I can usually find one of these pieces to fit when trying to connect different sizes. There are a lot of options here. One of them I had to use some tape to hold it in place temporarily but it worked out fine.

Got a new vacumn that had a different size hose attachment. Tried several so this package gave me 4 different optionss. One of the four worked.

Very helpful selection of adapters to facilitate attaching accessories to your vac. Does what it claims.

With all the possible combinations available, I could not find one to fit my Ryobi compact 1 gal shop vac to some larger generic attachments. Wish it wasn't so - but these looked like a nice set.
