We always throw these into our suitcase when we travel. The Thermawraps work well in easing back, shoulder and hip pains. No mess and very effective.

These work really well to relive the pain in my lower back and hips. They stay warm for about 8 hours and the Velcro doesn't not come lose. Love it!

I have used ThermaCare since they came out. The neck pads. I use one 2-4 nights a week. Have cervical stenosis. Going on 20+ years of being a customer. During CoVid the company altered the formula & stickiness. For a couple of years they were Awful! Thermacare seems to have gotten their act together! For the last year the pads are almost as good as at the beginning. Not “quite” as hot and not “quite” as good adhesion, but very useable. This is a good price (now days) for this many pads. If you have muscular neck pain these are So Helpful!

I tried on of these neck heat wraps by ThermaCare for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised. I deal with back and neck pain several times a week. That's what working a job tied to using a computer for over four decades will do to you. I use a lot of over-the-counter products to help relieve headaches, neck and back pain. The heat wrap helped! My only criticism is with the adhesive strips on each end. I had to press down on these multiple times throughout the 8 hours I had the strip applied to ensure it stayed in place. I recommend making the adhesive strips more adhesive. Having said that, I'm pretty sure I will purchase the ThermaCare Adhesive Heat Wraps again (and I am a loyal Icy Hot patch customer; I buy so much of their products that I should invest in their stock)

I suffer from migraines and shoulder tension. I slap one of these on my neck/upper back and it relaxes all the muscles for several hours.

This is the best deal I have ever found on these heat patches. Thermacare is the absolute best .Stays warm for 8 hours and often longer. Best price anywhere.

the tape tabs feel like it good glue/sticky, but for me it took a few minutes before I got it to stick and stay at least a little , because as I moved the tape tab for come off. it is warm, but not hot. Not sure it will work on my sore neck. they just don't stay stuck on me at all. For the add saying can wear hor hours, no way. I have to sit still and keep moving it because of the tabs not sticking it moves anytime I do.

These work well, getting nicely hot but they are a bit pricey
