When I opened the box. I was impressed by the size. I love the three lights as well as the quality. When l turn the mirror over, I like that I can view myself with a larger mirror. I would purchase this again as a gift for my friends

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I absolutely love this mirror! The size is perfect — not too bulky, yet large enough to be practical. I got the brushed nickel finish, which looks sleek and matches beautifully with my bathroom décor. It’s double-sided, with great clarity on both sides, and the extension arm is very smooth and flexible — I can easily adjust it up or down depending on how I’m using it. It’s also lightweight, which makes it ideal for traveling. My husband also uses it and loves it for shaving. Truly, I like everything about it. What makes this purchase even better is the amazing customer service. Long after I had received the mirror — and after the return window had passed — the seller reached out to ask how I was enjoying the product. I explained that I had accidentally broken it just a couple of days after using it (I lost control of the stem while adjusting it, and it fell), and I didn’t think I could request a replacement since it was my fault. To my surprise, the customer service team didn’t hesitate — they offered to send me a brand-new mirror free of charge. I was so impressed by their kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction. The light in the mirror broke after a couple of months- it wouldn't charge. I was extremely disappointed but reached out to the support email address and received a prompt reply. They shipped a new mirror quickly and it works perfectly.
