Great product. I have had a lot of GI problems over the past 6 months. I bought these biocultures in an attempt to sort out my digestive tract. I dont think I have taken these for long enough to give an opinion. I like the wide range of bacteria that each capsule delivers, making it very cost effective.

They seem to be working ok but are so big i am struggling to swallow them I will not be buying them again i will go back to my previous one as they are not so big Its a shame as i would have stayed with them and given 5 stars

I no longer have bloating, and my digestion is regular in the mornings. The size is a bit larger than I find comfortable. I used to order vitamins from iHerb, but this was faster, and I hope they are just as effective.

With each easy to swallow slow release vegan-friendly capsule containing 60 billion CFU - Colony Forming Units - this is a decent strength probiotic complex. The sealed pack I received has a lengthy expiry date of 26/07/2026 and the suggested serving size is 2 capsules daily - a single month's supply - with a full glass of water and preferably with a meal. The listing gives the country of origin as the UK - the product is manufactured for a Poole-based company. I take several supplements and generally there'd be something on the pack to indicate country of origin so I was surprised that it wasn't specified there alongside the several manufacturing standard accreditation logos that were featured, hence my rating.

Very easy to swallow, gets to work almost straight away, affordable, and makes you feel good about yourself, my energy levels have improved significantly. Would definitely recommend them
