I bought this bag to hold cords and small accessories in my laptop bag, and it's the perfect size for me. It keeps me from having to dig around to find what I need! The quality is great and I think it's an amazing value for the price!

Its soft & seems very spacious. You could fit a lot of pencils or pens in here for sure. There is a noticeable lack of extra pouches or pockets, though. Also, the material claims to be "easy to clean", but having held the fabric myself I have my doubts. Overall I would personally recommend just going to an arts and crafts store and picking up a pencil pouch of a higher quality for a lower price point. But, either way, it's gonna hold your pencils.
