A budget wooting with a bit of funky software (hopefully not hardware) issue
Tl;dr: if you're broke, cares about your arrow and F keys, or only need rapid trigger. Buy it. It's worth your money. I sold my Wooting 60HE because I got tired of 60% layout and the wooting two HE was too big for me. A surf through the market and I found this boy. It's 75% which gives me my F and arrow keys while not sacrifices too much desk space: perfect for my need. Build quality was alright for the price. Definitely not as solid as other mechanical keyboards around its price but sturdy enough for me to think it will last at more than a few years. It's a fair trade between build quality and hall effect. Sound-wise, miles better than the Wooting and almost as good as you can get as a stock keyboard. Switches are factory-lubed well (minimal scratch with no spring ping). You can make it better with hand-lubing, but as a guy who used to build custom keyboards, this is good enough to use as stock. Stabilisers are also well lubed with minimal rating and good enough to use stock. I'd prefer tuning the wires a bit to make the sound more even, but like I said, good enough to use stock. Software is web-based, which is epic. UI is almost like Wotility, which is another thumbs up. The only bad thing with the software is that you need either Windows or Mac-OS to update the firmware, which is a bit inconvience for me because I'm running Linux. Functionality-wise, I have to say it's a bit lacking compared to Wooting. The keyboard only have rapid trigger as it's main selling point, while wooting have multi stage activation, controller emulator ,etc. so if you cares about those, grab the Wooting. If you only care about rapid trigger so you can strafe like a monkey in Apex and Valorant, or spamming 280bpm in *insert your rhythm game here*, the keyboard got you covered. Also as a note, whether it's a software or hardware issue (hopefully software), letting your actuation point below 0.4mm or rapid triggers sensitivity at 0mm causes either key randomly input or rapid trigger not working. Overall, gud gamin keybard.
