These bands have been great for the money paid. The selection is good, I find I tend to use the heavier ones and even layer up multiple bands.Resistance is good and layering up bands increases this if needed.The stretch is good and they don't feel like they're going to break when in use. Come with a handy little black bag so you can put them away tidy and instructions for some basic exercises however you can find so many tutorials online. Overall they're great!

amazing I love the quality and they are so easy to usei love the difference in resistance so i can change to a different weight if i want tothey look amazing and the thickness is perfect no trouble with them at all

These got rid of my hip complaint. I was in agony before Xmas with my hip. I bought these and started doing exercises when I got up. I am now pain free!!!! Easy to use.

These are actually pretty rubbish , too lightweight to be of any use and offer practically zero resistance, also because they are latex do not slide onto the hips very easily , best look elsewhere , I have now binned all of these
