KalkalTree Stand Safety Rope, 30FT Reflective Lifeline Hunter Safety Harness for Tree-Stand Hunting

Easy to setup and use (also Reflective)
I’ve always worn a safety harness but had not utilized the rope system for climbing up and down, which is when we are most at risk of a fall. I mainly use a climbing stand so I had always sled the strap up the tree as a I climbed. Switching over to the rope system has made climbing safely easier and more efficient. Plus, I feel safer. I’ll be buying more of these to put on all of our ladder stands. Also the rope is reflective which was a nice surprise to see when walking into a stand in the early morning.

A “must have” when hunting from an elevated stand
This appears to be a decent safety line. The reflective prussic knot is a nice touch. I’m not sure if the disclaimer that says it’s only good for 3 years is an attorney driven, CYA type thing to shield the company from liability, but I don’t leave them out year round, so they are only exposed to the elements for 3-4 months at a time. This is a product that I own and use that fits into the category of seat belts, fire extinguishers and home owners insurance. I hope I never have to use any of them, but you can be sure I’ll always have them! The price is in line with other safety lines on the market. Time will tell whether it holds up.

Quality Safety Rope
Nice quality rope that comes with equally nice top-quality carabiners. I don’t like heights, but these safety ropes will provide the security and peace of mind that I need. As with all safety equipment, read and understand the included instruction sheet, and always inspect your ropes and knots before each use.

Good product
I am happy that I picked this up as it gives me some peace of mind when climbing into the tree stand. A safety harness should always be worn as the consequences of falling are too great. I picked up a cheap Muddy harness and this rope, and I surely think it was worth the cost to lower my risk of falling and getting paralyzed. The reflective feature is also a plus if you are looking for your stand with a flashlight in the darkness.

Decent
The rope is stiff and rough. It's also slippery too so under certain weather conditions, i wouldn't trust this safety line.
