Bizen Bajaj Pulsar NS200 / AS200 (2014-2023 Non- USD Fork Models) Premium Crash Guard/Engine Guard with Double Frame Sliders - Black

Fits perfectly on my pulsar AS 200.Amazing packaging by Bizen. It’s a sturdy crash guard. Loved the design as well. Overall the bike looks beefy now.The instruction manual has a QR which will take you to the DIY YouTube video.Only con to mention, right side fits perfectly. But the upper left side bolt is a bit lengthy for nut even after putting the spacer on it.No doubt product is amazing.

Its a nice crash guard that doesnt look out of place at all on the 200ns, the only problem was the fitment for the all new Bajaj Pulsar 200ns BS6.2 2023 with USD Forks and Dual Channel ABS. Bajaj have made some changes o the Chassis mount points making this crash guard obsolete for the new models. Hence had to return it, as it requires professional de-weld and re-welding work done to theguard, which i do not hold he capacity to do so. (I cud get it done at work shop, but that'll add additional costs which makes the crash guard ridiculously expensive, so i had to choose not to go for it.This Will work on BS6 & older models of he NS200, just not BS6.2 and above yet. Seller said that they are working on a fix and revision to this crash guard. Eagerly waiting for the new revised Crash guard rolloutAlso to people looking to buy this for NS125 ort NS160:- Kindly discuss & enquire with the seller before purchasing this as it may not be compatible with other offshoots of the NS brand.Updates: so far no response from the seller 'Ferricforge Group' regarding the updated crash guard, It seems like they are given up in making changes to their old crash guard to fit the new 2023 200ns BS6.2, which is a bummer 😕 thing for the Pulsar Bros who got the latest model. Atleast I would prefer if the seller was honest and responded that "it's not possible" i would be ok and move on to buy a another brand crash guard that fits.

Bought this crash guard as the one provided by the company started rusting. This one looks really good on the bike. The build is really strong and provides real good protection for the engine as well. Savior of the bike incase of a crash. Go for it.
