So far so good in flights
So far so good - no dents when used when flying. Those airline baggage handlers are ruthless you need sturdy well built luggage. Ive been in a couple of flights out of the country So far so good

Snowboarding!
I got this to carry all my snowboarding equipment. Since I started using it my snowboarding has really improved. I’ve even noticed the ladies find me more attractive. It’s amazing and it rolls.

Buckles are vulnerable to breakage.
The buckle for the outside cinching straps broke on the very first airline flight! should be more durable than that on a $350 bag. also the design of the straps has them attach inside/blow the outer zipper compartment. If the straps were outside that complartment it woudl be more secure. Ovewrall a good size for a prolonged trip. would be nice to have a backpack strap option in addition to the 2 wheels. the wheels worked well on hard surfaces. I hope to get the buckle replaced/repaired by North Face

Great Bag, Poor Service
The bag itself was fine, nice quality and sharp looking. I ended up returning it last month because it wasnt quite big enough and still havent recieved my refund which super frustrating.

Solid travel rolling duffel
I have used TNF duffels for almost 20 years, starting with duffels used for climbing in Africa and Nepal. I realized very quickly that when your bag is stored at a guesthouse for three weeks while you are in the mountains, when you return, one black bag looks like another and it took hours to track down the bags we had left at base. So for the following season we bought yellow TNF duffels instead. This made them stand out and be very easy to find in a crowd. I do not climb any more but I still use TNF duffels for travel, they are the most robust bags I have ever owned and have survived so many global trips I would not trust anything else. I have the yellow version of this rolling duffel. I still travel around the world and wherever possible, I rely on carry-on luggage instead of checked bags. If I have to check a bag, it's this one. In yellow. The fabric has changed over the years but performs the same as it always did, I think the only difference is that the yellow is more vivid now and seems to hold its color for longer. The wheels are smooth, the handle is long enough for a 6'2" male to wheel them around the airport easily. When this bag drops on to the belt at the airport there is no doubting that it is your bag, a bright yellow amongst all the black suitcases and other bags. Recommended.

Used this bag for the first time recently and must say I am very pleased with it, I travel for work so need a robust bag that can accommodate my personnel kit as well as work needs. Be aware the bag weighs 5kg empty but at 95 litres you can still pack loads. The bag itself is well made with plenty of pockets, secures contents with internal straps and has external straps to tighten things up- the handle clicks shut with "a good click" and the wheels are sturdy - not the cheapest bag you will find but will last.
