Good mix but creates a lot of weeds
I have been feeding the birds for decades, so am very experienced with various bird foods and feeders etc. I used to always be recommending a certain bird seed mix, from an independent supplier online, as it was a good mix, and I never got any seedlings growing from the uneaten seeds. I then decided to have a change, and got this one, primarily because I has added mealworms, which I had never tried before. I know that mealworm are extremely expensive, so thought this was good value. The mix looks good, and appears very fresh, but my main problem has been that the entire area of my lawn where I scatter this seed (which is about 1/3 of my lawn) spouted seedlings from this mix! I'm not sure what they were, but they were pretty prevalent. It probably just depends on what birds you get in your garden, as to which seeds get left, and grow into seedlings. I know from experience, that it's often the wee seeds like millet and dari that can get left.I would recommend that you try this mix, as it's a good quality, and is fresh. Just be prepared for seedlings to grow in your lawn.....but then, this can be true of most mixes.

seeds have grown everywhere in garden!
The birds really love this product and I have bought it several times, but it is such a shame that the seeds have grown and just taken over the garden to the point where I have had to change to another brand of no grow seed. Sorry birds!

there is no corn or maize
I bought this type of seed because it had no corn or maize in it , as I had noticed the birds tend to discard these.so I compared the two types and the birds still prefer the one with the corn and maize but at least they are eating all of this type, just taking a little longer to do so.

4TH BAG NOW, 2 DELIVERED TO WORK AND 2 TO MY HOME ADDRESS, MY BIRDS ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS, AND MY GARDEN OVERLOOKS AN INDUSTRIAL NOISY COMPANY SO I HAVE STRUGGLED TO WATCH THEM AS THEY ARE RATHER SKITTISH, HOWEVER I NOW HAVE A COUPLE OF SQUIRRELS, SORRY BUT I LOVE THEM I AM NOT BOTHERED THAT THEY STEAL AND EMPTY ONE PARTICULAR FEEDER, AS WHERE I LIVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS IS A BLESSING. BUY THIS YOU HONESTLY WILL NOT BE LET DOWN, IN FACT YOU GET TOO MANY, BRILLIANT.

Birds love it
I have a diverse collection of birds and they all seem to love this seed better than any other brand that I have tried. It is also a lot less mess than my previous brand. I'd recommend it.
