Got this mini red light therapy device because I just keep hearing about all the benefits red light offers - beyond skin deep. I like the five levels, you can adjust for face or body, with 660nm red and 850nm infrared for wrinkles and spots. It's small, and allows targeted application to my wrist, was hoping it'd help relieve some of my carpal tunnel pain, but jury's still out there. Charges quick, lasts a sufficient amount of time, although I find myself restarting 2-3 times when I wear like a watch for wrist/hand therapy purposes. Red light is supposedly the new face and wrinkle cream, might want to give this a try, seems a lot of people have had very good experiences with.

This is a red light therapy light that you can wear on your wrist or use the provided stickies to stick it to various parts of your body for targeted relief. It has 5 modes to help you pick the relief you need. This is the type of therapy that only works if you keep doing it.So why did I give this 4 stars instead of 5?Mainly 3 reasons:1. It auto shuts off after about 10 minutes but they recommend you wear it 20-40 minutes per day per area; so you would need to turn it back on up to 4 times per area.2. It's heavily reliant upon a battery; it won't work when it's charging, so that means you can't use this while plugged in, so when the battery goes, so does the device.3. Because of #2, it feels a bit spendy for 1.

Kept turning off after a couple of minutes and didn't hold a charge at all.

Cenyeda, mini redight therapy is extremely handy!! Is ISO and FDA certified, and you can place it anywhere!! I am having some shoulder blade pain, so I rigged up 2 strap to my bra so it hung right over it. Time will tell how effective it is, but like anything such as supplements, consistency is key!! It also has blue light as well, the run time per session is 10 minutes and then it shuts off, maybe this can be modified, but if I want more time on that area. I just start another session as many times as I would like. It shows when it is charging, easy to use, arrived mostly charged and charges up quickly to full capacity. It beeps when you turn on and directions are quite easy to follow. So compact you can take it anywhere and use while traveling. Light is quite bright, seems powerful!!

I have been having some pain in my outer elbow, so I decided to see what red light therapy is all about. This unit is easy to use and comes with stickers for attaching it to various areas of your body. While I like the heat it provides to a targeted area, it doesn't stay in place well without holding onto it or contorting my arm to keep it secure. I will keep trying it out to see if it gets any easier or if it helps to ease the pain I am experiencing.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.It charges via usb cord. The initial charge took about an hour and the lights clearly indicated it was charging and how much it had charged.It comes with an elastic wrist strap and 10 adhesive discs so it can be stuck onto an area for treatment.The directions/information that comes with it has a lot of information but at the same time is not super helpful for actually using it.To turn it on, touch the button on the back for several seconds. Once it's on, touch the same button to shift through the different settings- all red, 50% red, 50/50 blue red, all blue, and 50% blue. The red is more for skin health, the blue is more for deeper tissues.This is only the second red light therapy device I've had and the first one would turn off after one cycle to cool down for a bit. This one doesn't turn off after a cycle and lets me use it again in a different place. But it gets so hot to the point I think it could burn someone with delicate skin or cognitive issues.With the other red light device I have, I can feel pain relief after one use, and I haven't felt that with this device. I'm using it on different areas, though. But after several uses I haven't noticed a difference.

I absolutely love red light devices. This one is super tiny, so it is easy to carry in my bag for work or travel. It is easy to turn off/on and switch through the modes; the instructions are easy to understand.It comes with a strap that will fit on most wrists and a set of double-sided stickers for applying anywhere to the body. The stickers keep it stuck until you want it off! I have never seen anything like this and have found it to be really convenient for spot therapy in odd-to-reach with a handheld light places (such as wanting to spot treat somewhere on your back without holding a handheld light there for however long you'd like).This little guy now has a permanent place in my handbag and takes up about as much space as the average pill case.
