A bit expensive but it worth every penny! It has presets for different tea and custom temp as well. Just put the tea in the filter compartment, fill water select program and start it. It beeps when is ready, including soaking time. Easy to clean and very good build. The main container is high quality glass, lid is mix hi quality plastic and metal, the filter is stainless steel. The temperature sensor measures the temp on the opposite side of the heater which makes it very accurate.

We mainly use it in the mornings for our herbal tea. It keeps warm for two hours, it saves to boil the kettle all the time. Various temperatures is a bonus. Very good quality. Works very well.

Not a bad item . Does what it says. Only downfall is, you are descaling it all the time. Heat level is good because you can adjust the temperatures.

It is perfect. I love it! There was a small damage but the seller fixed it. The total price was too high, but the price of the refurbished product was right for me.

this is GOLD standard! i’m totally obsessed, can’t recommend this enough. just make sure you boil it a good few times before using as the taste can be a little metally. but nothing any other kettle doesn’t do!

This is a replacement for a much loved (very similar in appearance look kettle from AICook)., but it is more disappointing in it's functionality - wish I had sent it back! Probably best if you want to use the inner filter to boil tea in the kettle, but we just use it to boil water to a preferred temperature - rather than waiting too long for your coffee to cool to a drinkable temperature. Annoying points: - it takes longer to heat the water to any preset temperature, it seems to get to a certain point (depending on your selected program) and it then slows down and gently heats to the final selected temperature - It doesn't remember the last heat setting you chose so you have to toggle through the programs each time for the temperature you desire - it seems to default to keep warm for 10 minutes, unless you press extra buttons after it has boiled so it doesn't keep heating - the instruction insert focuses more on which temperature suits which tea than anything else apart from mentioning what to do with rust - the inside has gone rusty within 2 weeks of use, I will need to review the instructions on what to do or just boil white vinegar in it (we do have a water softener, although I'm not sure that plays any factor with the rust) - POOR customer service, I dropped the lid and a part broke off from it, so I asked if I could buy a replacement lid, they replied and asked for pictures, I sent pictures and they then said they didn't sell parts and as I'd dropped it (which I was clear about in the initial email) the best they could do was offer a discount to buy a new kettle directly from them (not Amazon) - the measures on the sides of the glass body are in white and hard to read (the AICook cook one was in an easy to read grey colour) + The only plus is you can turn the alert off, so it doesn't beep when the kettle reaches temperature Overall I wouldn't recommend for this price point, very disappointing on multiple fronts.

This kettle is marked as currently unavailable on Amazon as I write this. Perhaps it will return. If it does, know that this is actually a very good kettle. It died just after two years. Some may say that isn’t good enough. But this kettle was put through extensive daily use. It was refilled at least three to four times a day and turned on constantly to supply my household with hot water for teas, coffees and even soups. The beep from the base sounded so often that my small parrotlet learned to mimic the sound. I’ve had a few other brands and some only lasted this constant use for a few months before they had to be returned or replaced. Lasting over two years of our torturous use is a testament to its quality. I will miss it dearly. I did purchase the warranty, so I was able to buy a replacement, but I don’t think that one will match up to this one. Should this one ever return, I will buy it again.

I bought this after switching to tea from coffee. I just use this pot and drink it all day as it keeps the pot warm for hours. I bought one for my mom as well and she loves it. It works as advertised and that's good enough for me. Not dishwasher safe so it gets a 4/5 on cleaning but still pretty easy to clean. Please make the next one dishwasher friendly somehow.

I was very satisfied with my tea kettle and used it pretty much every day for the 30 days I owned it. About two days after the warranty period ended my 3 year old climbed up on the counter to get something and pushed the teapot off and shattered it. I decided to write the company to see if there was a chance I could just buy the replacement pitcher and without hesitation they sent me a brand new one free of charge. It really is a great product and incentivizes me to get my daily natural dr prescribed teas down. Just make sure you don’t drop it!

I searched a long time for a better tea kettle with a thermostat. I like the programmable features and the glass sides. My hard water leaves little discolored spots on the metal bottom of the kettle. Using vinegar weekly per instructions removes them but then the spots return after one use. The lid is a challenge to remove for my arthritic hands. The infuser works okay but is inconvenient to remove so I use a tea ball with a chain instead. We missed the directions to remove the sticker before using the kettle, so now we have a permanent sticker.

Great kettle! I love the stay warm feature, the different temp options for the type of tea, and I love the tea holder in the center for my Korean roasted barley!!
