I mixed a total of 30 drops into sparkling water with a splash of lemon, and it was easier to drink that way. Good concentration level as I'm only 3 days in promising start .seems like a good product in the making .will continue and see what happens .it's a product you have to continue to get the benefits.

Excellent product, thank you! one has to be super careful with it, as it stains very quickly and easily, but there is a knack to using it. It has definitely made a difference to me

Feel great for a while but then get headache, tried going of it for a week and headache went away, went back on at low dose and it returned, wish I knew why as I was enjoying the benefit but will have to stop taking it.
