Ordered wiper; received only a rod
I had thought I'd ordered a piece of equipment which would enable me to effectively and efficiently clean my floor and save precious time; I had hoped this product would aid me in my predicament, make me clean the dirty floors of my house. But alas, it seems fate (and the seller) wants otherwise, for the product I received lacks an integral part of the equipment's architecture, for I received only the rod. I am quite unsure what to do with this partial instrument. I can certainly not clean with this, neither can it be used to beat children, for the rod itself is of extremely poor quality; too fragile. So I think I will return it. tl;dr Wiper mangaya tha sirf danda mila

Got damaged product but returned back
Quality is good, easy to use, i am already using the same product that i purchased last time. This time the rod was damaged so i returned it. Packing was not good. Over all product is awesome
