Is the ink already filled in the pen or I have to buy it seperately?

It's is filled with ink but you can buy ink for refill

How to use it? The ink isn't coming out..

You have to check whether the ink is not dried inside it , if that's so you have to clean it and keep the brush pen down where brush is pointing it will help the ink to flow

Can i use sumi ink to refill???

Depends on how thick the ink is if it's not that thck then you can use it

Yes, to a certain degree this pen is refillable. I would recommend using good quality Indian ink by Faber Castell or Black rotring ink. Rotring ink is usually not recommended as it has a tendency of clumping and spoiling the bristles, personally i've been refilling using rotring and have not experienced any problems other than the usual bristle wear and tear due to regular use. I like to use undiluted ink but one can always dilute the ink and use as required.Do not overfill the brush as it will bleed through the bristles and cause a huge mess, filling the tube halfway through or even 3/4 is good enough for a few inked drawings.
