This has a great flavor as well as smell to it. I use 5 level tablespoons to a 10-cup coffee pot and it is more than enough to be satisfying. although it is twice as expensive as any other coffee, it is the only coffee that says how much antioxidants it contains. I like its high quality processing, and it is not highly acidic so it doesn't bother either my stomach or kidneys [by causing kidney stones]. Because I have chronic adrenal fatigue I am not able to drink regular coffee and it has been a challenge over the past years to find a good tasting non-acidic decaffeinated coffee. I am so GLAD that I found this coffee which was recommended by a naturopathic doctor online. This has a rich chocolate-forward flavor with just the right amount of bitterness to enhance the smooth taste. I am now enjoying having my daily cup of coffee! Wow! I don't normally drink coffee because it makes me jittery and anxious, but I love to have a cup every now and then because I really enjoy the taste. Too expensive. Bulletproof is clean as well and has slightly more taste. This is weak for my taste, but I like bold. Unfortunately when drinking clean coffee, it doesn’t hit the spot. I think it’s because it doesn’t have the mold in it, which I’m grateful for, but when fungi is dominate in body, it desires it in legumes like coffee, grains, sugars. So this and other clean coffees help starve it out, along with Kaufman diet and sweat, lol 😂
